Shipping policy

All RKNDL products are uniquely made to order per customer. Please allow us 5 business days for processing + producing your order. Once your order is processed and produced we will email letting you know your order is on the way with tracking information. 

RKNDL working with a production team that helps us pack + ship our products so you may receive multiple packages + tracking information for one order.  

RKNDL is not responsible for any loss or damage to your product while in route to you, but please reach out to us at shoprkndl@gmail.com if your product was lost or damaged so that we can work with USPS and our production partners to rectify.
